ArtStreams for Nintendo Wii

ArtStreams is compatible with the Nintendo Wii, the hottest-selling game machine on the planet. (If you're not familiar with the Wii, it delivers incredible, addictive fun for people of all ages and walks of life.) The Wii connects to both your TV and Internet (wirelessly no less) and represents one of the least expensive off-the-shelf hardware devices (approximately $250 USD) for accessing ArtStreams.

The Opera Web browser that enables the Wii's Internet Channel let's you access most Web content like YouTube right on your TV just like you would on a computer—only from the comfort of your sofa using the Wii's hand-held Wiimote. When you're not bowling or playing other games on your Wii, simply switch to the Internet Channel, point your Opera browser to the live ArtStreams feed, then sit back and enjoy the mesmerizing imagery.

The Nintendo Wii outputs both component and composite video in standard-definition TV resolution (480p). That means that it's directly compatible with both today's beautiful flat-panel screens as well as older tube-style TVs. (Note that ArtStreams' native format is widescreen, and will appear with a black letterbox on older tube TVs—just like widescreen movies). Connecting the Wii to the Internet and HDTV is easy.
